I make this anytime I feel like I’ve overindulged or I just want to overload my system with pure goodness. There are a couple variations of this that I do on a regular basis depending on whatever is fresh in my fridge.
I tried to make this as flexible a recipe as possible so that it becomes your own. Feel free to add a banana if that suits you or mango for sweetness. I have tried this in so many variations and loved each one. It regulates your hormones because the amount of magnesium in the spinach/kale/swiss chard combo along with cleansing your cells and boosting your immune system with lemon and ginger. The monosaturated fat in the avocado leaves you feeling full and satisfied. Use this as a meal replacement on those days after you had one too many rosés, tequila and soda, or that ice cream in your freezer! 😉
